Cantiere Rossini is a specialized refit shipyard focusing on refitting and repainting large yachts, with a capacity of 15,000 sqm.
At the core of its operations are two fully insulated paint sheds crafted with sustainable alpine wood and five different layers of insulation, including Rock Wool. These sheds, capable of repainting large motor yachts without mast removal, ensure a controlled environment for efficient yacht repainting. Both sheds have integrated separate dust and solvent extraction systems and are heated by an ultra-efficient geothermal heating system, powered by renewable energy and using seawater and ammonia, minimizing CO2 emissions.
This contributes to eco-friendly practices and significant cost savings on repaint projects. Having such a controlled environment within the paint sheds is a significant advantage, completely eliminating external contaminants and weather-related risks, resulting in a superior finish.
The hardstanding can accommodate 8 large yachts. Near each slot, discreet manhole lids grant access to a network of connections for vital services such as fresh water, black/grey water discharge, compressed air, fire-fighting system, and cooling water.
